Refund policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched.

Returns: To maintain the "Purity" of our silver, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original  packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected by us, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
