The Policy

1. Lifetime Reincarnation We accept all authentic Silver Arc purchases back at any time. Your piece will be valued based on the current market rate for 92.5 (Sterling Silver) and its actual weight.

2. Store Credit Redemption The total calculated value of your silver will be issued as redeemable store credit. This credit can be applied toward any new artifact in our shop, allowing your collection to evolve with your trajectory.

3. Fair Weight Assessment The final valuation is determined by the precise weight of the product at the time it is received at our office.

4. Shipping & Handling To maintain the integrity of this program, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs to our headquarters. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your asset arrives safely.
